First, she has a lovely, warm and friendly nature. Her communication style is calm yet focused and direct along with being very intuitive and supportive. Sue knows her business and is amazing at taking care of every detail from the arrangement of the initial photo shoot to making sure everything is executed into the final stretch without a glitch. Selling a house is no joke, but one of the things I love about Sue is her sense of humor! While there was issues with the sellers buying their new home and wanting to delay closing, she was able to negotiate and get our closing done on time. Having family in Sarasota since the 1960's, I've been vacationing on Siesta Key since I was a young child, escaping the cold winters in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In 2009 I moved here permanently, happy to call Sarasota home! As much as I had enjoyed my seventeen year career as a psychology professor, I changed direction and moved toward real estate.
