Sue was the primary person responsible for conducting the open house marketing of my home. She quickly researched not only the history and features of my condo but of the condo association and its amenities and those of the surrounding area. Her honesty, professionalism and ability to develop rapport with potential buyers led to the sale of my condo within 4 weeks of listing. She sold the house in two weeks for a very good price, to first-rate, serious buyers. She was so sensitive to my dear tenants. And on top of it all, she supervised the move of a ton of furniture into storage, because I was stuck far away (because of the virus), and couldn’t be there. She was so kind and soft-spoken throughout, and helpful to me in a thousand ways. I honestly don’t know what I’d have done without her. A rare, lovely person.

While there was issues with the sellers buying their new home and wanting to delay closing, she was able to negotiate and get our closing done on time. She was able to connect with the Agency lawyer and let us know what our options were, if the seller did not close on time. She is very professional and very knowledgeable!
